My name is Katrina, and I’m planning to be a future home builder in September of this year. I have been searching all of the web-sites looking for the perfect home to fit my growing family. I found several house plans on different sites that I just adored, and I called on all of them. However, when I called on the house plan I located on your website, God blessed me to speak with Kristin. Immediately she came on line with a great attitude and I could hear her smile through the phone.
I explained this to her, this would be our first home and we wanted it to be special. She took all my questions and answered them all with such grace and style in such a manner that didn’t make me feel uneducated or foolish for not knowing. Since then I have e-mailed her questions on the house in which she replied almost immediately and I have also advised my brother & sister-in-law to look through the site and they too have found the house they will start building in September as well.
We will be ordering our plans in August. There were many sites for home blue prints, but Kristin provided Outstanding customer service, which provided a Positive Memorable Experience that sold me to your company.
